See.. thats NICE!!! I have two 12's in a regular box (had em in the back of my ext. Cab 92 Silverado before it got sideswiped)... but trying to figure how to make at least one fit in a box with two 6x9's...in my 84.... wonder if that's possible without having to move the seat up.... i need the room.. 6 footer

Nope. We moved the seat forward two click which I'm not particularly fond of but I didn't know how it would be before we went through with it... I plan to tear everything out someday and do a set of buckets wuth console and a single 12" sub and a single component set. Quality will always come before quantity.

Nice. I'm not really into sound systems, but, I like the kick panel speakers.I may have to consider adding those.

Yeah.. I hear ya.. would like to have some beat in my truck,.. but I keep telling myself.. I'm too old for that anymore.. LOL..... Dude who tinted my windows has an 85.. what he did was build himself a reinforced box in the bed of the truck.. for two 15's.. (I think).. maybe 12's.. cant remember, but anywho... he cut a hole.. say foot square... in the back of the cab, in the bed, and connected the two into the box... and had his components where the stock 6x9's would go... kicks,.. and amps behind the seat.. unique idea.. first time i've ever seen that.

Where did you get them?
May have to pick a set up :D

I have kick panel speakers in mine (will have to post pics soon) and I got mine from LMC. I don't have a big system in the 77 but I did get a new dash speaker, kick panel speakers, 6x9s for the rear corner and disc changer all from LMC and they work pretty decent. Not much bass but I don't have the radio on much when I'm driving the 77 unless my 3 year old asks for it :)

A bigger sound system will come later down the road for me.
