It has a 12 ft bed on it.
I personally drove it back in the 80's with SIX cords of fresh cut wet,green Mesquite on the truck through a sandwash and it never got stuck, it just kept going.
Has a 235 six in it.

I REALLY want to have that truck here, when the roads have deep mud from bad storms, I can get out and in when nobody else will be able to, I can charge the idiots good money to pull them out when they get stuck, and having 10 wheels driving, I can screw up the roads so badly that nothing but my truck can move.

The old things will go near anywhere! We run one old 2 and a half ton, and 2, 5 tons as fire trucks. May take a bit to get there but you got something once you do!

Bellhousing mounted 3-bolt starters were used by Chevrolet from 1955 through 1962 on most engines (6-Cylinder and V-8, including 348 and 409.) A version of it is still in use for industrial applications like Hyster. The last redesign of that starter was 1990 so parts are readily available as are complete units. both new and rebuilt. WARNING!!!!
Speedway motors jacked my credit card for 300.00 bux for uber charges.
this was a couple 3 weeks ago..
had to go through the hassle of a new card and report everything through the bank/card carrier..
I will never order from SPEEDWAY MOTORS ever again.....
AND sent me the wrong part and really didnt care..
once they get your money there done with you..

Rock auto is the best..... the right part the first time....

One of the big reasons I don't internet shop. Go to a brick and mortar store and have them order it, though some of this stuff is getting harder to find. Luck has it the parts store works closely with a independent parts store in Amarillo that can find near anything.

but in my case its 120 mile round trip to the parts house, they always have to order what i need.
AND they have a "special im important" extra charge for ordering parts..
then i have to drive another 120 miles to find out if they ordered the right part and drive it back home..
i know the mail lady,, the ups driver and fed-ex driver by there first names..
there really good here and all for the cost of shipping..

and im sure you know as well as i do, you have to put the part on the counter and tell um i need one of these..

I get ya. Short time ago it was a 100 mile round trip for me as well. After dealing with credit cards and delivery issues, I gave it up. Except for Shars, any problem with shipping call them up, they gladly handle it no questions asked.
