Got two bellhousings, one is just a standard mechanical clutch type, the other is the hydro type and mounts the slave on the passenger side. The hydro bell has cracks at three of the four threaded bolt holes, I took a pic of the worst one. Should be repairable by anyone that can weld aluminum, it's a very hard to find part (only used for 3 years I think in the early GMT 400) otherwise I would just consider it as scrap. 50 bucks each and I have the fork for each also.

I'm surprised you still have that manual Zbar bellhousing. That should be a quick mover.

I thought the hydro one would be the seller. I know it needs repaired, but they are incredibly rare.

I had to look at a pic of the one I have (at work) because your hydro one had me confused.

that is a 88 and up hydro bell housing for the sm465 not very common only used for a few years. but rare does not mean its highly sought after most people would go for the nv4500 not the sm465 in that body style.

to use it in a square body you have to have at least 6'' lift or the front drive line will hit the slave cylinder.

it is the same design as the nv4500 bell housing with the low mounted slave on the pass side I put a nv4500 in my 85 with 6'' lift

The hydro one is from an early gmt400, with a passenger side slave. So it's useful to someone wanting to put an SM465 in their newer truck. I think it would only fit a squarebody if it's 2wd or a lifted 4x4 (might hit front shaft if not lifted).

Looks like my response was late, lol. I know rare does not always mean desirable, that's why it's cheap :)

I didn't take it wrong, but when you said that it made me realize I may have made it sound like it was made of gold or something

 I don't have many friends left, except the ones that live in my computer, so I better care. When I die, I'll have to have a virtual internet funeral.
