@incubus2432 i used to have a 2004 mini s. Super fun to drive, hand brake, 6 speed, supercharged. In orlando the express road on ramps were banked and a tight curve. You could hit 70-80mph then smash onto the express way. Good times good times.

Well my only 2 drivable daily drivers are a 2021 Silverado I just cleaned up . And my 2006 Honda accord, I am not a foreign car purchaser. It was given to me . I put a battery in it and cycled the key a few times , added Lucas fuel treatment. Put new tires on it . Replaced the headlight housings . Next fix the air conditioning. So it does get around good for a 4 cylinder. Saves miles on the truck , me and the wife swap rides from time to time . Sold the Nissan pathfinder. Didn't care for it either! Camaro needs trans built . Or I would be driving it no time to fix just yet . Plus wife has a lead foot .

What happened? Did the the hot wife die, or the vehicle, or both? Or was RIP just rip, not rest in peace?

ditched them stupid decals
picked up a really nice canopy for it, all windas intact with screens on the sliders, came with keys as well, but the struts only work sometimes so ordered a new set. will be yanking the windows out and painting it black. best part about it- FREE...well it is in such nice shape, i actually felt kinda guilty taking it for free, so i gave the guy a six pack for it. rear bumper needs to be put back on. had some rust and a couple dents i bashed out

only mechanical so far was change the clunky orig 28 yr old sway bar links and bushings, other than that it's been solid. only other plans left for it is to go pick up some oem fender flares from a guy on monday and get rid of the girly chrome fender trim and change out a blown speaker with 4 new ones and an amp and call it done

Well, just sold both my "daily" drivers this week. My true daily the 2002 Silverado 4.8 4wd with 303k and the 1997 Suburban 7.4 4wd with 203k. I decided to pay off my high interest credit card debt and in a month or so get into another truck with a payment. It'll save me hundreds a month in interest, insurance, fuel and maintenance. Plus, with the intended move to South Carolina approaching its a good excuse to get into a 2wd and quit dragging the extra weight of 4wd running gear around daily. Plus, I just bought a ton of parts for my '84 and with good weather here can daily that in the meantime after I button up the interior in a few weeks. I also still have the Pilot which doesn't get driven enough because the wife and SIL work from home.
