I have a nice ram 2500 diesel and i was wondering if i should sell it and dump the money into my 1987 chevy k10 that has a new engine and tranny (have paperwork) I have 2 sets of k30 axles that could go into it

I loved my ram. I wish I still had it. I sold it to marry my ex. I guess it depends on what you need. If I was towing a lot, I would rather have a 90's diesel ram than a gas 87 K10. Tough to give advice not knowing your situation.

X2 on depending on your situation. In MY situation I'd sell the ram ASAP but I don't ever pull anything of significance and like a square body 1000 times more than a dodge

I do tow quite a bit and often haul a cord of fire wood in the dump body insert in the bed

Then I'd say you keep the Dodge if you use it that much for towing/hauling.

Yeah, keep the Dodge. You like it and you use it like a truck should get used. I don't see any reason good enough to sell it.

Some people now have a diesel truck because they are trendy, if that were the case then it would be fine for you to sell it.

if you have to ask if you should part with it, you already know you should be keeping it.
