1991 is the last year of the square body Burb. '92-'99 are the GMT400/OBS trucks. Seat is similar especially in 92-94 but mounting is probably different. Probably depends on how much fabrication you want to do.

Yes i figured they would mount a little different, was hoping someone might of done it before and could chime in, also the new seats are powered so i am going to have to figure a way to wire them in if possible. Thanks

Best thing would be if you could source a wiring harness from a square body Burb or pickup for the power front seats. And of course the seats too. That would be pretty much "plug and play".
We had an 84 and a 90 Burb, both with the blue velour interior, with front buckets. Neither one was power, though, and these were otherwise well equipped Burbs. So that may be harder to come by....

I installed these heated,12 way adjustable leather seats in my 90 burb and they are awesome.
They came from a 2005 yukon, I'm not sure how they compare to 1995 in terms of mounting them in. But mine required channeling the floor pans to get the seat to sit low enough. It was totally worth doing, but it was a lot of work. I suspect any electric seat would have similar issues with being to tall without modifying the floor pan. I also have the addid benefit of the seat belts incorporated into the seats.

Love your burb.

Do you have any progress pics of work required to get them to fit? Wanting to use some new power heated seats as well so any pics of additional info you have would be super helpful

Sorry no, i didn't think to take some pics at the time. But i can try to take a few Pics of my floor pans from underneath when I get home from work. And just as a side note, the seat heaters in these gmc yukon seats need a data signal from pcm to operate. I my case I'm using the P59 pcm from the yukon (Ls swap)

I could be wrong but I don’t think any square body ever came from the factory with power seats.
