The fuel filter has a restrictor in it. Use an Adel clamp and a block off plate to mount the filter where the fuel pump was. This will give you an inlet an outlet and a return,all in the right location. The filter will bypass excess fuel back to the tank when the carburetor needle shuts. If the carburetor needle won't stay shut due to excess pressure enlarge the restrictor.Your going to run the vacuum advance to manifold vacuum without a check valve
