I picked 285/75r16s up for $400 for everything and they have 1000 miles on them. (4) GT Radial Adventuro MT and (4) second gen dodge wheels they are mounted on

You may want to consider running 1" EZ lifts or Easy Inch. ORD and DIY both sell them. An extra inch of clearance also the ability to move the front axle forward an inch will help. You will still need to trim metal. You could also install a 1" body lift. Try to never go over 1" in body lift, eventually it will start to wiggle around and then your doors will making contact with the cab and other dramas will abound.

I wont be buying 37s or a lift anytime soon because in the same day I received a $147 speeding ticket and the I need brakes on all four corners. So for now I will be running my "new" 285/75s

First pic is sitting on some worn 38" TSLs, probably close to 37" on 4" lift. If you want a street queen that can never go offroad it will fit. Next pic is 38.5 TSL SXs on 4" suspension + 3" body lift. Last is 6" suspension plus maybe an inch gained from one ton axles having bigger/taller spring mounts, 38" new TSLs front, 38.5 TSL SXs rear.

I like the look of the 4" sus with the 3" body. How does it do off-road if you know?

It had open diffs at both ends so not the greatest but the tire size was the biggest help.

Sent from wherever I am right now

This is just like mine. I have 4" lift and 35's. They are fine, stock fenders, but they rub the running bar on severe downhill turns. I imagine the 4" lift would be too small for the 37's

My 35's have hit the rear of the front fender on 6 inch lift. I don't think it will hit anymore because I have b52 front spring hangers on which moved the front axle forward about an inch. My stock factory spring hanger blew out with the old sprngs.
