Rough and shaking 350 after changing spark plugs

soooo.... here is a little Update.
gapped the plugs to 0.045, new distributor cap, rotor and coil are in, the wires have been changed too and all the 5/32 hoses are fresh..... here some pics off the curiosity's i came across.

fired it up and runs smooth as hell, couldn't manage to take it for a ride and see if the problem comes back when the engine is warm due to a heavy thunderstorm right now.

back with an update, after changing the vac hoses and the complete ignition system including gapping the sparks to the right gap i took the truck out for a little ride yesterday evening.
drove it for about 15 miles without any issues and today i took it to work ~25 miles and it performes well, feels like it has more power now and as by now there was no shaking.
looking forward for my drive home today, temperature rises up to 93 degrees and then i will see how it does under real heat.
