replacing add a leaf with lift springs. HD or ez ride?

Long time no see fellow squarebody aficionados!!

My truck is back in action, and my tuff country 2" add a leaf lift in the front has had it. A centering pin is loose on one side plus the front springs never rode very nice (had bad stiction and squeaks).

I figured I would go with tuff country 2 inch lift springs. but not sure weather to get the HD or EZ rides. I am leaving the add a leaf in the back because it rides fine. I liked the added stiffness front and rear since my truck did not roll as much as stock.

The tuff country HD springs still seem to have lower spring rates than many manufacturers, would this be a good match? I am afraid that the ez rides will be too loose relative to the rear. The truck mainly is on road so I do like a little stiffness for handling and load capacity.

I believe these will be the same for k10s and will still be up to date?

That spring rate chart looks like the same one that's been floating around for years, and maybe not accurate anymore. Does Warn even still sell springs?

Personally, I'd put EZ rides under it if it's going to stay about the same setup. If you plan on making other changes to the truck, something else may work better.

If you decide on going with a 3 inch spring, a member here has some for sale. EZ rides that is.

4 years ago or so I installed the Tuff Country 2" HD springs. It lifted the truck 3" although it settled to 2.5" over the years.
At first I thought it rode a bit harsh then I read where someone suggested removing the sway bar. I did that and I thought it rode fantastic on the road. Stiff enough where I didn't even realize the sway bar was gone.
That being said I just removed my old suspension setup as it was too firm for some of the trails I do where 5-10 mph is all you can do while going over rocks/holes. I went with the soft and flexy ORD springs.

I probably will stick with the 2 inch lift springs as i will leave the add a leaf in the back for the time being. Dont want cali lean or as they say here carolina squat.

Im thinking about loading the front of the truck and estimating the current spring rate and getting what is close to/ just under it.

do we know what stock spring rates are?
