Remote Start

I'm considering adding a remote start module to the 89 burban. I'd prefer it to be a packaged solution to include an entry alarm. I don't see any posts yet so if you have input that could be helpful. There are several manufacturers available, although for this early year model I think I have to purchase a General type, not specific to any make/model.

I have used Viper and code alarm.

I can’t remember what brand my son bought for his Yukon. It wasn’t a remote start or security, but did have keyless entry. Whatever brand it was seemed to work very well. He bought it thru Summit.

You might check out Crutchfield. Their technical help might come in handy.
