New issue although the biggest I've faced not sure I can fix it. So with the help of the forum guys I got the truck running and sounds fantastic. Went to put it in gear it's a 4sp with a 205 transfer case and no go, when I push the clutch in I get no response can't move it into any gear just grinding and doesn't go in. New pressure plate new throw out bearing new clutch disk, when I mated the sm 465 to the engine when I had the engine pulled front shaft didn't seem to have any issues. dropped the engine and trans into the 205 little work but the splines lined up and it dropped in. I'm not sure where to begin even. Could the throw out bearing have fallen off when I was mating it up and I don't have a throw out bearing? Really could use some advice at 69 yrs old I'm not much up for crawling on the ground and dropping components plus in Sacramento the heat is hitting high 90's already. I'm considering having it towed to a shop and having them do it, but have no clue what it would cost.

How does the pedal feel?
With everything installed correctly and adjusted, you should have about an inch of toe play, then feel resistance in the pedal as it takes up the slack to the pressure plate.
The pedal should not go all the way to the floor real easily.
You should feel some resistance from the pressure plate as the pedal goes down.
I have dropped a couple throwout bearings in my life fighting with a transmission on re-install, so it is possible that has happened.
There is also the possibility the clutch arm has fallen out of its pivot in the bellhousing, there's a ball on a stud that is usually (if memory serves me right) held in with a steel snapring of sorts.
Hate to see you need to crawl under the truck again, but disconnect the clutch linkages and return spring at the clutch arm going into the bellhousing, then grab the arm and pull/push/wiggle it to see exactly how much movement it has, and in what directions.
That will help narrow down the issue.

^ What Kevin said, and did you install the clutch disc facing the correct way? Did you use a clutch alining tool to make sure the disc was centered when you bolted on the pressure plate? If it wasn't centered, then it would be hard to get the trans to mate up, so did you need to pull it in with bolts?

Last question, was the pressure plate new, or rebuilt?

Two different types of pressure plates, one with 3 levers and one with 10 or so spring fingers (diaphragm type). The throw out bearing needs to match the pressure plate type.

Does the clutch feel right when you push it?
Does the trans go into gears with the engine not running?
With the back wheels jacked up and a helper, can you make the rear driveshaft free or engaged to the engine as it should (in or out of gear)?
Reason you took it apart in the first place? (IE sure you fixed the right problem?)
And all the stuff @mtnmankev said.
Maybe someone nearby who could help you diagnose?

no the clutch doesn't feel right to me, does go through the gears smoothly. All new components from Summit 3 prong pressure plate, new disk, installed with an aligning tool went together smoothly. I had the engine pulled so it wasn't that difficult mating it up. When I dropped the engine back in and lined it up with the 205 in went together well. Had the truck on jack stands and with transmission and transfer case in neutral i could spin both driveshafts pretty smoothly. Well with everybody's help I'll get it sorted, just stumped.

Wait, it's IN neutral? Put it in high range. Leaving the case in neutral will just let everything spin up. I made that mistake once with my truck. Granted it's an auto, but I had to shut the engine off to get everything stopped just to get it into park. Never thought it was possible to grind an auto, but it is.

Put it in 2hi, then try again with the clutch.

talked to an old school guy with a shop around the corner from me, says he's seen it before believes I have the wrong throw out bearing installed. He could be right I just ordered it only looked at one, he says there are three different type bearings, said I should remove the cover plate and look up in there have someone push the clutch see if it's even engaging. What say you guys?

correct!! if the bearing is to short it may not reach the pressure plate surface, also your adjustment rods for the clutch may need to be adjusted,but if ya got the wrong bearing ya gotta replace it
