Radiator frame mounts

Hi I’m looking to find out if I can use 82-87 radiator support frame mounts on my 76 k20 I knw that they are different but are they interchangeable mine is pretty bad and would like to replace while I’m changeing the core support and inner fenders

Iirc, the bracket itself is interchangeable between the years, HOWEVER, the hole for the body bushing is different. I can't remember which year range is bigger but the 73-80 vs 81+ have different size holes on the top surface of the bracket.

Thank you I wish they just made the ones for my truck I also don’t want to spend 120 for used ones I’ll just spend the 30 for the lmc ones

There's a good possibility you may be better off finding a different frame. Are the cab mount brackets ok? Spring perches, etc?

The rest of the frame is pretty much perfect for whatever reason this was packed full of stuff and rotted out the other mount is almost perfect

Unfortunately in ct they are rare to find in a junk yard and if you do they are rotted to the ground and very few ppl are parting out what I need around me eBay has a pair for 120 but I don’t need 2 and don’t want to drop 120 for 1 bracket

Buy some 3/16" plate and patch them?

Yah Farmington and it’s to far gone to just plate the top the whole thing is paper thin I could re make the mount but I was just looking for something per made not trying to reinvent the wheel

Cool. Usta go to the farmington river fishin for rainbow trout. And i can remember going to peoples forest which was farmington river. Not sure if any of that was in farmington, lol, but its gotta b close. Sorry for hyjackin ur thread n not being any help
