I used to have a Nissan Frontier that I only drove to work (50+ miles). Early in it's life, I removed all the badging. One day at the junkyard, I saw a Mercedes and was surprised how easy the grill emblem came off. It found it's home on the Nissan. I had several people ask me if it was a "Mexico" model. Living next to the border, I see a lot of Toyotas that aren't sold in the US but have the same badging.
