This is why the clip was out of place... The pin was missing... Funny I just paid to have rear breaks adjusted, and come to find out, this is the thorough job they did...:bs:

So I tried to go oit and wrap up the other side before work, but was stopped short by the adjuster star... The bolt was bent. So by doing it myself foynd two issues, when I think I paid 40$ for an adjustment a few months ago... Youd think before adjusting, theyd inspect? Anyways looks like one more trip to the parts store.

Almost there though... And more peace of mind with the bigger tires.

Went to autozone and checked under tracker and vitara. Not in stock. O'Reilly discontinued. Napa no. Chevy dealer discontinued. So I guess its craigslist or recyclers or bust...

Didn’t you pay someone to adjust the brakes or did you in fact only pay them to F them up?

I intended for the first and got the later...

So I went to the recyclers in Rancho Cordova... Whole lot of em there... I intended to get strut brace, sway bar, brake piece, and maybe interior a piller plastic piece, but they only had sway bar and I bought a spare rag joint for $60. Kinda dissapointed this AM attempted to go out before work, and clean muddy sway and install, turns out it didnt come with bushings, and missing parts of the end links, so couldnt install it yet.... All the recyclers would not part out drum brakes instead saying go to pick n pull.... So the problem with these vehicles is many parts are discontinued, and you almost need a pick n pull to get unobtainable parts for them...
So heres the sway and rag joint I got yesterday....

I got discouraged at going to pick n pull, so ordered this from summit, but am now having second thoughts... I want same parts in both drums, and think this may work, but may not...
Stock bent part....

I may go to pick n pull for the following as it would ne cheaper overall, it kust has been raining, and im not really looking forward to it...
Need:
1)A pillar plastic
2)End link bushings
3)Sway bushings and brackets
4)Strut brace and hardware
5)Clips for underhood plastics by the latch

Then seat the brakes, and then just armor...

So I had went out earlier and struggled getting sway bar in, turns out I was using the wrong holes 1/4" vs bigger ones... So I had looked all over google for tracker / vitara undercarriage pics to no avail, but then found what I needed in the beginning of this thread went again and figured it out roughly, but still need new bushings...
Stock...
