This is exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for.
For 14 bolts, it seems that a 75W-140 synthetic is the way to go.
Unfortunately it doesn't address the issue of posi traction additives or anything like that.
From my experience with motorcycles, I learned that you have to be very, very careful with synthetic oils where you have a wet friction pad type setup.
Because synthetic lubricants tend to be "slipperier" than conventional lubricants, it can degrade the performance of a wet clutch or a wet pack positraction unit.
Not sure what kind of a posi a 14 bolt uses, whether it's a mechanical locker or friction pack.
The research continues.
