Power steering issue

I have replaced the high pressure hose after 3 years of leaking.

I have power steering as long as I am moving, now If I come to a stop I have strong arm steering.

Power steering resivor is filled with fluid.

The problem is that it worked great before I replaced the hose. It just poured oil all over.

Now it only works as long as I am moving.

No noise, no squealing.
