I like how they look but I've bought 5 wheels trying to get 4 straight ones(still only 3). AERO makes some pretty crappy wheels.

275/60R15's on 15X10"rims w/5" backspacing all way around. Stock spindles and clearanced the crap out of the uppers. I think drop spindles would have eliminated some of the clearance issues. If I had it to do over, I'd buy a better wheel but this set up has ZERO tire rub, lock to lock and to the bump stops.

Does anyone know where you can buy stock steel 16" rims for a 6 lug? I have a 1984 K10 and it has the factory 15 inch rally wheels. The truck is geared low, so I want to get a higher profile tire/wheel combination so it can run at freeway speeds. I like the stock white work-truck wheels and would like to start with a 16 inch rim and then a figure out a high profile LT tire.
Is there a 17 or 18 inch stock steel rim for a 6 lug? Probably 16 is the largest. Also, does anyone know the spacing between the studs for the stock 6 lug axles?
Thanks

What's the current ratio? Most K10's in the early 80's were equipped with highway gears. What's the current tire size and what RPM do you run down the interstate?

Factory 16" white steelies are super duper rare in 6-lug, and I believe were an option in the late 70's. And the bolt pattern is the common 6x5.5" that was used on newer trucks too, but the newer truck wheels have a smaller center bore and more backspacing.
