Popping when turning left in a 1973 chevy k10

I need help, I rebuilt the front end of my truck and now when you turn left it makes a popping noise or when I hit a bump it's so bad you can feel it in the floor, I can't find where it's coming from but it's on the left side and there are no frame cracks i did mess with the fender on that side so mabey I did something wrong please help me guys im going insane trying to find this.

Is every thing greased? I had a similar issue with mine after my power steering box started leaking. It was draining into the drag link and thinning the grease causing a popping noise when I turned lock to lock. Fresh grease cured the problem in my case.

I found on my K-10 that the leaf spring u bolts where loose and allowing the springs to slide causing a big pop.
