Poly bushings?

i can go on with questions about my k5 on here but what are some tips on replacing the rubber to polyurethane bushings all around and any good prices ( i shop classic and lmc ) im actually happy with classic prices

One tip i would give you is to use a little greese on the poly bushings when you put them in...then they wont squeek. Also if they are hard to get in try a little liquid hand soap on them they will slide right in

nice i heard this from someone but will freezing them before installing shrink them therefore making them easier to put in? sounds a little far fetched to me

Diffently need some grease and make sure whatever you are putting them into is clean and rust free.

Just passed through it plenty of times, might have stopped there, i usually like to stay close to the mountains haha, Pikes Peak right out my back window, but going to order leaf spring and cab mount bushings next week ( the main ones that are done done )

Thanks guys, just got the front ones in last weekend, going to do the back ones this weekend. easy when you have a c clamp sledgehammer and pb blast, oh yeah and a huge flathead screwdriver used as a wedge

Clear silicone grease do`nt, often called "Dye Electric Compound" I might have gut some a duh spellig wrung, but I`z no purfshenul.
