OK, here is what I get.
I can go onto site, but when I tries to Maneuver aroun, here is whut I gets.

Server Error in '/' Application.

That's a new one! The product data system is newly designed so we're working out the kinks. I apologize for the issues but thank you for letting us know. If there's anything in particular you're looking for then feel free to send a PM.

When you are entering info on your truck in order to search parts, you may want to add a spot for engine. When I searched for my truck there was one exhaust kit for my truck. When I double checked it, it was for the wrong engine. I understand that with engine swaps and all that you won't always line up right but if I hadn't double checked I could have ended up with the wrong system.

The site is configured that way for "most" vehicle applications (when the part is vehicle specific). For example for exhaust a number of different drop-downs should appear on the product page. Engine and cab/bed length options are normally verified. It all has to do with the data the manufacturers input for their products.

This again is one of the challenges with older vehicle models, the manufacturers give limited support for application data. As I stated above, we WILL focus more attention on the Squares for you guys.

Manufacturer support for Square Body exhaust "systems" are very limited.
Our website feeds Year, Make, Model data directly from the vehicle applications the manufacturers provide. That being said, we carry a multitude of mufflers, cats, exhaust piping and tail pipes for custom applications.

If you can tell us what you're looking for in a kit, that's the task right now is to complie a catalog of products that will fit the Squares right off the shelf. We have some work to do for you guys, and your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, you are correct. As I stated above, manufacturer support through most major retailers falls off before the GMT400 platform. That will not stop us from making sure you guys can find what you're looking for and we can source many other brands than what is currently shown on our site.
Walker, APC, and Maremont are good suppliers for those that want a showroom type exhaust for restoration purposes. Would be great if you could snag all 3 of them. I have a complete walker system listed for 87 and up, and its a wonderful system, great fit and finish for a driveway install.

I'd like to find a headers-back 2.5" dual kit, kind of a diy kit of just pipe no mufflers, with 135 degree (some call it 45 degree) angled exits in front of the rear tires. All aluminized of course. Doesn't have to be anything fancy like mandrel bent or anything. If I had a pipe bender that big I'd do it myself.

Definitely, I'm on it. :patriot:

Right now the only two "kit" systems I show for a 77 K10 are Dynomax 2.25" for 350-400CID. Side exit behind the tires. I will look around for 2.5" with 45* exit before the rear tires...

Here is the installation manual for the 89003 + 89004 kits. One is mandrel bend, the other not.

I just lost my cat to muffler pipe so I will be shopping in the spring for something in a single kit or parts. No duals. Going stock or adding a flow master possibly. If you come across any reasonably priced cat-back systems I may consider it.

A flowmaster 50 series would really give you a nice rumble that wouldn't be very loud :)

What do you mean?

I just put a band clamp on to cover the leaking joint for now and she is nice and quiet so I am thinking of keeping it stock. Kicking myself in the ass for not keeping the exhaust off the '89 right now.

speaking from experience, and knowing you like quiet like me, the big block 70 series is the only Flowmaster for us. otherwise, there is the 30" long Magnaflow that is as mellow as the walker replacement that was on your 89. Drone is a big issue in SUVs, not as much in pickups, where you have some isolation from the rear. Pipe size has a lot to do with it also.

What inlet / outlet diameter are you guys using on the Flowmaster BB 70 Series and 30" Magnaflow? I think we can do some darn good discounts on those. I'm guessing it depends but 2.25" and 2.5" would probably be most appropriate for the HP output of the 350 - 400 CID

3" single system, in/ out. We usually reference the Walker diagrams. Pipe size is usually individual preference here. We try not to suggest true duals any Bigger than 2.5(2.25 personally for me) 3" max for single. I have personally tried dual 2" on my burb before I had to smog it, and the low end torque was awesome. Had magnaflows on it, was damn quiet, and cruised 75 on the highway quite nicely.

Right on, 3" single should be about right, if not a little big, using conventional wisdom. Going too big on true duals can be quite counterproductive so I agree with you there as well. Thanks!

Here are the Walker part numbers I will be looking for:

Cat to Muffler pipe #42364
Muffler #21054

Also do you carry the stainless 3" band clamps and what kind of pricing would be offered on them? Example of what I use in this pic:

I can't see your picture. I can check on the band clamps.

Assuming this is what you mean, Borla makes nice stainless band clamps in various sizes:
