Yeah the other wheels were no good. The "center cap" on the front wheels was a piece of galvanized aluminum that some one jammed in the center 
It probably cost them more in materials and time than just getting new center caps lol.

Sharp truck. I wouldn't mind finding a nice CC dually GMT400 in 96 or newer with a Vortec SFI Fo Fitty Fo. But, not a big fan of lowered Crew Cabs though. I think I might be different than most on that oipinion.
