Suspension seemed fine when I drove it I didn't feel any wobbles or pulling to one side at all so it must be fine and the windshield took a big hit from what I think is a baseball bat or something

Cool, so you need a fender, door, and glass? The pillars aren't jacked at all? How about the radiator support?

Oh that friggin sucks !!! You mean the rear end right? This is a 10 bolt isn't it???

To bad you don't have more time to look around for rear axle. But in the GMT400, there are 6 Lug 14 bolt Semi Float rear axles that will bolt right in. You'll have a much stronger rear axle if you can find one of those.

No, Full Floater just means it has floating axles. The hubs stick out of the brake drums and wheels. Full Float is the very heavy duty axle and is only available in 8 lug. But the Semi Float 14b does come in both 6 lug or 8 lug. You'll want the 6 lug so you can use your 1/2 ton wheels and tires and it match the front lug count.
