painting inside the front fenders

Has anyone painted the inside of there front fenders? How do you get in all the openings without a bunch of paint runs ? My factory fenders had red inside the fenders with silver on the front bottom. how do I get the same look?

As far as how to get inside the holes: you don’t. The backside of the fender was just weak overspray over the E coat primer.

In the factory the secondary color was sprayed first, taped off and then the primary color painted over the top.
