original radio wiring

I've got a nice 4 speaker model from an 86 if you're interested. AM/FM/Cassette

I found this radio the other day. It looks the same but it seems it's wired differently and that in the early 80s GM changed up the radio wiring. I know my one center plug is for the front so it can't have the same wiring setup as this radio's back plate suggests. Anyone know what this one is supposed to fit? I think it fits the 1 plug instead of the 3 plug setup.
