never tried it, I have used kleen strip or klean strip whatever wal-mart has and it works on paint, haven't tried clear, but the citristrip does for sure.

The citristrip doesnt ruin the aluminum finish thats under the clearcoat. I was told to watch for that on whatever i used.

you can clearly see mine aint ruined. it's also safe to use indoors and stuff too, no odors.

if you are going to sand and polish it wouldn't matter.

Mines perfect though without sanding, just ridges/machined alum is all. I wanted it smooth and shiney.

also ordered everyones favorite, stick on hood scoops lol. It'll replace my tear drop deal, wife likes the stick ons alot better, my old man has em on his 84 and I like them as well.

one of my blazer off road lights came in, bulb was blew, wrote em and they sent me full refund, I just wanted a $5 bulb lol, gonna order a third one and use since the roll bar has 3 bolt hole/tabs on it.

my PS mirror order was cancelled and refunded due to they claim overwhelming demand and orders for it and they ran out, and it STILL says they are in stock. So I'm going to reorder it from amazon itself and not a seller that's on amazon.

got myself a license frame today for the front, to go on my heartbeat of america plate..

Also ordered some skull license bolts since autozone had none and a shift knob.

gonna get another knob, that way I can use one on the trans shifter on the coloumn and one for the 4wd floor shifter.


I also switched out my rollbar lights for the bigger ones I bought, threw the smaller ones on the bull bar(not on the truck yet) and installed my door handle and tailgate handle cover today.
