'77 was the first year for the inside release? '76?
My '77 C20 Silverado has redundant hood releases , but I don't know why.
Would have been easy enough to retrofit factory parts....

I stand corrected, my tube grille fit like ****. I just zoomed in on a picture of it. Not good.

Oh. That's why I made sure to say it's a Silverado because I thought it was an option but included with Silverado trim.
I'm stickin with first available in the 1976 model year.
To be clear, we arent fighting...

My 78 has a inside hood release.

I would like to find a nice tube grill, (stock one is broken), doesn't seem to be too many people making them any more. Any suggestions for a decent one?

@crazy4offroad grill is badass stock looking from afar, but all up in your face with attitude up close.
