Working my way through rebuilding a corporate 10-bolt front axle and now installing new brake rotors (reusing original hubs). What's the general recommendation, always go with new wheel studs or reuse previous if they still have good thread and knurling? Thanks!

Since studs are a press fit I would not reuse them.

have reused as well, like 35 years ago, lol.
If you’re rebuilding an OLD axle, it would seem to be the right choice to spend the $20-30 that it will cost to have NEW wheel nut holder onners. JMO

The new ones are a PAIN in the ass. Either a press, or you get a stud installer, and use that in unison with a bfh, tighten on the stud, hammer, tighten, hammer, tighten, hammer.

My air hammer was not having any of it lol

Im almost finished with my 10 bolt rebuild, cleaning up the hubs today.
I press the studs out, clean, and inspect them. Replace any the threads are bad on. Press them back in.
just reinstalled the originals on the rear 14 bolt, they all cleaned up great.
