Thanks for all of the welcomes, over the past week I have had an opportunity to work on my project some and got my donor 454/4l80e(2wd) pulled out and verified that the tail shaft is fully splined and my t-case is is 32 spline input and now just to get the .066 machined off the mounting flange lip of the t-case.

Before really getting under the Surburban and seeing the frame and body mount rust, I had felt bad about using it as a donor. The interior is in great shape and from looking at the outside I could have cutout and replaced the rusted panels, wheel wells and bumpers. But the frame was just to bad. I will live on in a square body.
