Do you have to get yellow headlights? By the way, French cars were featured in the new episode of ‘The Grand Tour’ last week.

The law apparently says that we can choose between yellow or white. And we can keep red turning lights as the car is like this in the US. European cars have orange turning lights

Welcome from TX.
I was in Paris 4-5 yrs ago for work. Great place, so much history.
Still work with many from there.
The Peugeot 205 GTI from the 80s is a cool French car. Do you see any still?

The fuel costs way too much.....About €1.60 per liter which makes it like $6.85 per gallon....

Regarding parts, of course we need to import them from the USA and you guys have so many websites and stores for your cars, so that's quite easy to get parts. And the prices are very suitable even with the delivery and customs taxes. Although there are actually a lot of oldies specialists in France and they are also a few US cars specialists. I recently found a guy that is selling only windshields for oldies (VW, Peugeot, Citroen, BMW, Porsche etc...) and he has some for my pickup truck.

What I like in the US, is that you can still see a lot of oldies still used as daily drives. Which is not very common here in France.
US are a country of cars, you guys have so many brands, and your love for cars is huge. French culture isn't about car loving. I wish we could have junkyards as yours here in France....
Welcome Kelly. You are unique in Europe with this vehicle. I bet you get a lot of attention. I live in Colombia and daily drive my 78 Blazer. Gasoline here is a little cheaper - $2.50/gal for regular and $4.00 for premium. I mix 3:1 because of the cost. There are clubs here for classic vehicles but not many are US trucks. I get a few thumbs-up when I am driving. It would be interesting to here more specifics about your truck.
