Nope. Just yellow inset for '77 and black for other years. Except for the '75 Gentleman Jim, it got gold or yellow... I don't remember which.

Is this a trick question? Are you fixin to learn me something?

I believe the GJ trim was the same, ya.

Hello everyone, I've had multiple square bodies over the years, I'm starting a mild restoration/resurrection on my 1977 C20 with the Scottsdale Camper Special Deluxe package. It was a one owner truck that got parked outside after the owner left it to his daughter after he passed away. It's overall in fantastic shape minus the interior, the AZ sun got the best of it over the years and I actually run Scottsdale Auto Upholstery in Scottsdale AZ and I'll be posting about the progress of everything as comes along. Thanks for having me.

Thank you, I actually still have it, I was considering putting it back on but I'm probably going to sell it.

Welcome. I'm surprised that truck didn't come with factory air. I'm sure you'll be getting that aftermarket A/C up and running.
I agree, it is optioned oddly, it was sold new in Mesa AZ and even back in 77 it was hot here, it has power locks, cruise control, tilt wheel, cloth interior, camper special deluxe package but not power windows

Howdy!

I see the cruise servo is mounted on the fender well rather than on the back of the left cylinder head. Is the cruise aftermarket or was the servo relocated so that the aftermarket AC lines could pass through the firewall in that area?
I'm pretty sure its factory cruise control,,but it could've been relocated to make room for the add on AC

Lmao I wish. :( pretty funny.
Reckon i'm still workin on it haha?
I got kinda close at one time I think but meh wut happen.
There's somebody here that knows surely?
Granted a gogle image search is no authority but photos are easy to find. I guess its possible that those arent original trims persay but

Hey new guy, '77s with yellow trim kick ass. Please don't destroy it...
There was this one kid one time with this one '77 that thrashed an entire set of yellow trimz AND THEN he pushed photo evidence of the atrocities he bestowed upon that poor truck, forcing us all to see.

I hope he was shamed to seek like minds elsewhere because screw that guy. Dowutchalike but damn man

Not a chance of destroying it, I'm big on originality, especially when it hasn't been jacked with at all over the last 43 years. I'm doing everything I can to preserve everything that it came with.

This is off the internet, but I seem to remember my 77 having this set up as well.

I think it's OE.

Interesting, so it must have moved to the cylinder head for '78. I've had a couple 77's with cruise, but all the cruise bits were missing when I got them.
