Just picked up a new to me 1990 burb. It was time to get something with 4 doors that could pull my trailer and get the fam out camping and riding.

Were we not already drooling over this thing the other day?

It would look better with another 1" of lift in the back. But I don't know if you have the factory driveshaft or not cause my factory drive shaft with a 6 " lift is absolutely the limit. In fact its on my to do list also. I think once I get my 14 bolt swapped in and drop my crossmember down 1", it will make it just right again.

It has aftermarket drive shafts. I will have to go out and look again I can't remember where they came from. They have a big sticker on both shafts from a somewhat local drive line shop.

I am not planning on doing anything to it until I can find some 1 ton axles and a 12v cummins for it.

Well that's quite an upgrade you have planned! It still looks great I just like them with that extra 1" of lift in the back because the rear wheel well is lower then the front

You should be fine to stick a couple 1" blocks under the springs then with after market drive shafts

My trailer has a pretty low tongue so I don't think I want to lift the rear. if anything I think I would lower the front just a bit.
