Hi everyone. Glad to be here and learn/share. I have an 85 K20. Just built a 489 inch for it and trying to get it all together and in the truck. Also did a NV 4500 swap at same time. Before this, the truck had a 383 and Ranger gear splitter and SM 465, but didn’t like the noise of the Ranger. Those straight-cut gears are loud! That combo is for sale if anyone is interested. Also have the shortened rear drive shaft for the ranger/465 combo.
