New to the forum. I look forward to the knowledge offered in this arena. I bought a 1984 K20 Custom Deluxe C6P. It has about 6" of lift. It had a new engine put in 12 years ago but has been sitting for 11 1/2 years (kid restoring it got married and killed the dream, lol). I have it running and driving. Next is adding a/c, cab lights, maybe pw & pdl, strip and powder coat wheels and find the right tire. The door sticker says the wheels are 16x6.5 but trying to measure with tires on its looking more like 16x7. I want to try to get as close to a 35 as I can on this stock wheel. I like the steel wheel and hubcap look, does anyone have experience with deeper steel wheels?

There are some nice looking wide steelies out there that’ll accept factory caps, trim rings etc. Also, there are some skinny 35 options as well.

I’m not having much luck on skinny 35 mud terrain except for Super Swamper at $500 each.
