Need some help please

Hey y’all, I have a 1984 k10 with a small block 350 with a Edelbrock 1406 on it. I have a major fueling issue and can’t figure it out and was wondering if I could get some extra input before I go replacing a bunch of stuff I don’t need to replace.
What’ll happen is when the temp starts creeping up above 180-190 it starts stumbling and falling, I thought it was being vapor locked or vaporizing the fuel so I rerouted the fuel line away from the block, well now I can drive about 10 miles and it’ll do the same thing only thing is the temp doesn’t even have to be above 160 and I don’t even have to be on the throttle for it to fall flat. I’ve replaced the mechanical pump twice and I’ve changed the hard line out for a soft line. None of the lines are collapsing that I know of.
If any of y’all know something that could help me?

Howdy!

First thing I would check is for proper choke operation, for vacuum leaks and the timing too.

I figured out one part of my issue, I was messing with the air fuel today and found out the right side (driver side) of my carb wasn’t even letting any fuel past the jets, at this point I did some more research and found out that the carb is from the late 80’s early 90’s and I can almost guarantee it’s never been rebuilt. At this point I’m just going to buy a new 1406 and put this one back on the shelf for a later time or rebuild it for a high HP motor I’ve got saved for later.

To answer your question, timing is set perfect and there’s no vacuum leaks and everything is plugged in. and the choke is working perfect, it opens at about 95-110 Fahrenheit.

Is the gas cap a vented unit?

If not you can pull a vacuum on the tank and it won't flow fuel.

The tank is vented, I can physically feel the pump wanting to push but the carb is not allowing fuel in because of that right side being clogged.
