If the OP comes back, fitment basically has zero to do with rim diameter and everything to do with backspacing, and tire size and to a lesser extent rim width (in combination with bs/ offset.
As the OP was more fixated on the brand and diameter, the 2 least important parts of the fitment equation, spending some time understanding offset and tire size is needed.
Not too tough if you draw a picture of the backspacings and write down the desired tire sizes in common measurements.
Then just go measure what’s on it and add/subtract from those dimensions to check clearance of your theoretical new sizes and offsets.
And just to give the boomers something to comment on, 20s on a C10 look pimp! And I don’t gaf if someone doesn’t like them. Pretty sure I could pick apart some of your choices in vehicular attire….lol.

I need advice on what size wheels I can fit on my 1981 c10 fleet size stock suspension height

I want to put 22” Forgiatos
How wide can the front and rear be without modifications?

What backspacing ?

Any help will be appreciated thanks
I’d honestly figure it out for yourself. Pretty expensive mistake if you buy on someone’s online recommendation and they don’t math well either.
