I can not find a good tire that will fit my 16" wheels and are at least 35 inches. I know Michelin has some military tires (9.00r16) in their xzl model but they are hard to come by and are big bucks. I am willing to get different size

wheels if someone knows of any for a decent price. What would look best?

Pro Comp has a 315/75r16 tire that is 35" but I don't know what you consider "big bucks" on pricing. These are about $35 per tire les than a similar BFGoodrich. I waited for a sale and got 4 for the price of three.

Those look SUPER similar to Toyo AT2 https://www.toyotires.com/tire/pattern/open-country-at-ii-on-off-road-all-terrain-tires Great tires but the toyos are probably on the light side for a one ton dually, and are usually on the more expensive side of things.

You're right, those are almost identical. I guess the crooked block pattern is the latest craze. Both are load range E and made in the U.S., the Toyos are a little more money than PC and a couple bucks less than the BFGs.

Just noticed the procomps are warrantied for 60K miles. The Toyos are listed as 65k on their website. Through Les Schwabs (where I've gotten them locally in the past) the Toyos were only 50k miles. So definitely check the local shops and see what BS they want to sell you, then be happy you ordered online. Personally, I'm sold on the PC and will probably get a set once my MTs are toast.

First off you definitely need some bigger tires to fill that fender! Lol what size you have now? 6 inch lift? Ive been looking for 35s for my dually project also. Not sure if your looking for a tall skinny tire or your going to run spacers in the rear but they make these 34 9 inch wide from what ive been looking around and could find they are about the only ones that still make a tall skinny tire. Im thinking about a 2 or 2.5 inch spacer to run a 12.50 wide but something about tall skinny tires look cool too. Ill be watching to see what you come up with definitely though!

That price is right in line with the last time I checked. A little tire shop I deal with in VA said they could get them no problem. I'm sure most places can get them if they actually are willing to look into it.

FYI the military take-offs are usually 16.5 rims in most of the newer ones (that are not dry rotted).

Never heard of Power King. From what I could find it looks like they are made in China and have no mileage warranty. At $200 per tire, I'd rather pay an extra $20 and get something made in the U.S. with a warranty.

Not sure about Power king but years ago I used to see Sport King and Mud King logo'd tires and from what I recall they were made by an offbrand BFG manufacturing process. Not sure if that is the same provider or not though.

Those were a different brand. Although, Power King tires did used to be American made.

I miss those Sport King tires so much. They were the perfect size for a stock Blazer in 33 x 12.50 and the tread pattern was Aces. I've seen online where they still seem to be sold up north around Ohio or Pennsylvania. I keep telling myself once I get the Jimmy running I might just tread lightly that way, get a set of tires installed, and that would be a great break/shake down run for all the new running gear.

I don't think they are made anymore. Summit used to list them, but they've been gone from their website for years.
