Need: 1976 Chevy K20 Emission Label (or pic of yours)

I need an emissions label for a 1976 Chevy K20 with;

400 cu. in. engine
California HD Emissions (has AIR, EVAP, PCV. Does not have EGR or CATS)

I've searched everywhere, including Classic Industries and LMC, and haven't found the label. If someone has one on their truck, please provide a pic.

Did you ever find pics of the labels you needed? I have a 76 Big-10 that has HD California emissions so I’m looking for the same stickers you are. I have found them on this forum yet so let me know if you find what you need!

Did you ever find pics of the labels you needed? I have a 76 Big-10 that has HD California emissions so I’m looking for the same stickers you are. I have found them on this forum yet so let me know if you find what you need!

If I am successful in getting the pictures, I'm hoping to work with the current label supplier to get one made that matches the picture I provide to them. This will likely be a lengthy process, but at least an option to finally get the correct labels.

While we wait for the photos of the stickers, would you be willing to share some pics of how your vacuum lines are setup? I’m going in blind and would love to have an idea of how this thing should be setup. I’m especially interested in how the smog pump valve is connected to vacuum. Thanks!

Here is a diagram from the Factory Shop Manual that I'm following. The diverter valve is connected to a port on the Qjet just behind the choke pull-off valve, and tees into the bottom port on the thermal (spark control) switch on the water neck. Note, there is also a port that goes to the switch in the air cleaner.
I haven't fully rationalized why it is set up this way, but here is my understanding so far;
- The vacuum port on the diverter valve has a constant leak. It takes quite a bit of vacuum in order for it to trigger. This constant leak needs to be factored in when you're tuning the carb.
- It is my understanding that when there is very high vacuum (deceleration at higher rpm), the diverter valve closes, and the flow of air into the exhaust stops, to prevent backfiring.
- The thermal switch on the water neck activates when the engine temp gets too high, which opens the bottom port on the switch, and also activates the diverter valve. This is to stop the flow of air into the exhaust, reducing temperatures.

Since I'm still building the truck, I don't have this fully set up yet, but it is getting close. I'll take some pics and upload in the next day or so.

Wow! The vacuum lines for the 400 are quite different than the 350! Does your manual have a diagram for the 350 with cal emission?
I think you are on to something tho with the diverter valve controlling when the air is introduced into the manifolds.
