Need: 1976 Chevy K20 Emission Label (or pic of yours)

I need an emissions label for a 1976 Chevy K20 with;

400 cu. in. engine
California HD Emissions (has AIR, EVAP, PCV. Does not have EGR or CATS)

I've searched everywhere, including Classic Industries and LMC, and haven't found the label. If someone has one on their truck, please provide a pic.

Did you ever find pics of the labels you needed? I have a 76 Big-10 that has HD California emissions so I’m looking for the same stickers you are. I have found them on this forum yet so let me know if you find what you need!

I haven't. I've looked through the forum as well and haven't found one with my combination. I may have found a truck that has this combination and I'm going to see if the owner could get me some pictures of the labels. If successful, I'll pass them along.
