Mystery box on kick panel

Need help identifying this Dana Corporation box that was screwed to the kick panel behind the parking brake. All the wires were cut where they passed into the engine bay. The only thing connected is (was) what looks like a photogate sensor. No model/part number on the box.

That's a control box from old aftermarket cruise control system. Haven't seen one of those in a while!

Well I'll be damned. Very cool.

This truck is just full of surprises... found out, while taking apart the dash for a deep cleaning, it's also a factory AC truck.

Only heater core outlet position will tell you that.

Technically the inside box could tell you that, but the engine bay box and outlets are what tells you.
