Hey all. I've been into building mustangs for the last ten years and decided it was time for something different. So I went the complete opposite way and decided to dive into an 84 GMC. It's a 100% drag truck right now that is going to be transitioned back into a street truck with a bit of pro-street attitude. It's got a good old 350 pushing around 12:1 compression. Th400 trans with full manual reverse valve body. Trans brake, line lock and a 12 bolt with 4.56's in the rear. A handful to say the least. It's been a lot of fun learning all about this new platform and I'm happy to be a part of this scene.

The tracks are all closed for the season here, so no personal track times yet. The P.O. gave me some times he said he ran in it but I tend to take what people say, when they're trying to sell me a car, with a grain of salt. I'm sure it will be slower by the time I get it to the track since I'll be putting the power steering, brakes and alternator back in it.

Thanks!

True enough. It's going to see more street than strip though so I'm not too overly worried about times at this moment. I change my mind about this kind of stuff about every other week or so. Just have to wait and see what goes down!

Say whaaat?!! You don't like em? Haha! Me either. Few things on the list before them but rest assured, they'll be dealt with appropriately.

Glad to hear it lol... and maybe that decal on the tailgate also has an exit strategy? ;)
