moog control arm question

I am replacing my upper and lower control arms on my 91 dually, the shaft that bolts to the body on one lower turns nice, the other doesn't move at all. Can I loosen the nuts to turn the shaft?

Man I want/need to do this on my dooley. I don't have an answer to your question, but please post up your opinion of the Moog arms. That's what I was planning on getting.

Well I am on control arm number 4, called moog to bitch about. Not really thrilled with them.

I read that now Moog is just a name slapped on cheap parts made by multiple chinesium manufacturers. Might be wrong though..

Never was, even 15 years ago. Stuff just didn't hold up.

easier just to swap them out. looking back now..............
