Ls swap 4l60e rebuild

Hello everyone I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot. I have a 2004 5.3 4L60E combo that I need to rebuild the transmission before I do the swap on my 85 short wide. I've been doing some research and I was about to order the atsg rebuild an update manual but I was looking at it and it was talking about updates from 93 to 2003 transmissions and I'm wondering if there's a different service manual I need to get for 2004 and up or if that green atsg update book is the one I need. if anybody has any help or advice on what literature to get I would greatly appreciate it or if anybody has any idea of where I should have posted this also thank you hope everyone has a great day!

I found that the 4l60e between 2000-05 are basically the same. The early 4l60e's , the inside electrics are different. I would use the trans that came with the motor.

I'm doing the LS swap in my 73 C10. I didn't have the original trans to start with, was going to use a 700r4. I've since found a same year 02 4l60e

Get the manual for the 02-05 4l60e, or just take it to a competent trans builder.

I went ahead and ordered both the atsg service manual and the atsg update and upgrade manual I just wanted to make sure there wasn't no significant hard part changes between 2003 and 2004 because a lot of the transmission I'm coming across are 2004 newer for the swaps
