Looking for hood stripes

I’m not sure if this is the place to put it but I thought I’d start here. I’m looking for hood stripes like these. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember my buddy & I test driving a Chevy Sport, like '78 or '79. Took it to the carwash to rinse it off, blew one of the stripes right off the hood, picked it up off the ground, re-stuck it to the hood while it was wet, promptly returned the truck to the dealership and left quickly!

The dealer used to sell kits to body shops to replace OE stripes. Otherwise there are many different options as far as vinyl. Hand stripping is the best IMHO, a good body shop would typically know of a good one

Google Low Sierra, phoenixgraffix, and there is a 3rd one that makes the stripes but don't remember the name. Rhymes with visine, Vaseline, Yasmine or something

o you have a blue 1977 chevy blazer? the reason I ask, is the ZY5 Exterior Decor package has different stripe dimensions/spacing/placement depending on the year. 1978-1980 are much different than the 1977.

If you need the 1977 stripes JUST like that, bring photos of that blazer to a decal shop, they can replicate it probably pretty easily. But there are no kits to my knowledge out there to help you. since the stripes colors depended on your paint scheme.

Thanks for posting that. I looked at Low Sierra, and the only place that they have a presence is on instagram. I sent them a message to see if they are still in business- their website apparently has been down for a while and the last post on instagram was in 2022. I’d be interested in one of their decal kits.

I’ll update here if they respond, but my suspicion is that they are no longer active.

Those are the side stripes
