Looking for this part but I’m not sure what it’s called. I didn’t see it in the lmc catalog. Any help would be appreciated

Btw, the one in your picture is for a truck without the optional inside hood release. The panel for a truck with an inside hood release is different in the center. Just in case you come across a used one.

Honestly I'm not sure. I'm in the land of rust and that part usually survives, so it can be found in good used condition relatively easily.

I also live in the land of rust. Not to many of these square bodies around anymore here in Hawaii. My upper core support has some damage to it so I was looking to replace it. I found on newer one (81 and up) if you buy a new radiator support it comes with the piece I need but the older ones don’t.
