Recently learned that I need to re-install the air injection pump and tubes in order to pass my State emissions test. Anybody have any of these parts hanging around that they would sell to me? I think I can buy all of it new but would rather get used parts that work. Truck has a 454 and originally had AC but the compressor was removed by a previous owner.

I also could use some ideas on where and how the air pump mounts and whether the pump is only mechanical or connects to the computer. The exhaust manifolds currently have brass plugs where the air tubes would thread in. If anybody has a diagram of where the pump goes and the belt routing, that would be very helpful. Thanks.

I have it: pump, diverter, brackets, tubes, and all the bolts. I cut the tubes right at the manifold, but the rest I have. Actually, the tubes are cleanly cut, not twisted. You might be able to braze or solder them together. It mounts bottom passenger side, and it has a two wire connector for the diverter that looks like the barrel of a side by side shotgun.

Is it the serpentine belt setup, or the v-belt setup that's supposed to run two pumps?

Ohh, forgot about that one. Do you know if the crossover tube that runs at the back of the engine bay and the brackets are the same?

Besides differences between small block and big block, there were a couple different variations used.

Very sorry all. Thank you for the posts but for some reason I thought I would get an email notice when people replied to this so apologize for the late responses to this. Now I know to check the site more often. I ended up finding the parts at a junkyard in Denver from a 454 Suburban. Dealer was able to print me a diagram of the setup. Mine is the setup with a single pump, cross over tube and the belt runs the pump and alternator.
