Do you have any pics? I am thinking of maybe doing a mild lift down the road.
For the 3 inch on the 82 k5 if you look at my signature there are several pics I've taken earlier.
It's at the paint shop now.

I have a two to three inch lift on my k10. But it is a short bed and 4wd so not really the same truck as yours. I have 33" mud tires also.

What size tire are you running? Stock 235/75-15?

Ok. I’m debating what to do with mine in spring. I need new tires, not sure if I’m going to put on street tires or something with more tread.

My long bed is a 2wd 3/4-ton. The previous owner stuffed 325-70-17 (roughly the same as 35-12.5/17) Toyo Open Country tires on Weld Wheels under it, using a 2" lift block in the rear, along with leaf springs and front coils sourced from donor trucks of unknown origin. It looked weird to me at first, but it has grown on me, although it is somewhat impractical because even a steep driveway approach causes tire to sheet metal contact.

I've got a bit of the Chevy lean happening in back, so I am planning on changing out to 1-ton leafs and coils, switching to some black 16" wheels I already have, and going with 235-85-16 tires (31.7"). That should give me a little more tire clearance and make the truck much more capable for towing.
