Thought y’all would enjoy seeing the flex on the ORD 6” custom springs. So [emoji95]

I'm surprised to see Sky Jacker squish like that. I thought they were one of the stiffer springs out there. Maybe they figured it out after some decades.

They do really well for a semi cheap spring but the alcan's or deaver's are for sure a better spring. I have deaver's and air bag combo on the back of my crew cab and they are sweet.

yeah man I have never seen skyjacker flex like that. that pretty impressive really. I had a set of skyjackers on my last k5 and they couldn't do that.
on that note...the Alcans I have now ride like a new truck..i mean wow...they are truly a great riding spring.

cool man. I thought about doing a 56 conversion, but the more info I got back from the guys that did it the more I decided to go a different route. grerat flex on that thing. looks pretty rad with the 40" tires.

Went out and did some testing today. Couldn't find a place to get a tire off the ground yet. So far all is ok. Brake lines long enough. Very, very slight rub on the wheel well liner on the driver side only. Tire just brushed it and rubbed the dirt off. At least there it won't cut the tire.

This is ORD 4" front springs and a 2.5" shackle flip on new 56" stock rear springs.

Pretty much just the standard 16x8 wheel with 4.25" of backspace. Tires are 325/75R 16s.
