I wish I could, but I’m about to graduate here in a few weeks, and school’s busting my hump. We could split it, but that’s been there since January. You don’t think it’s a skeleton by now? What all do you need?

Would love another hard top to cut for a summer top, drivers door/fender, cheap drive shaft.... Hell I can probably find use of a lot of an entire donor. Just to keep it out of the crusher

I came across that this afternoon. I was considering messaging to see if they have a rear drive shaft as well. I don't want to come off of $500 for a custom shaft.

Does yours still have the 10 bolt rear axle? Best bet is to find short or longbed driveshaft for next to nothing, take it to a driveline shop and have it cut and balanced, then it's cheap.

Yep still rocking the 10 bolt.

I am pretty sure I could get one at the local Pull A Part.

I'm trying to figure out a way to get to Wesson to see about that Wee O Five Jesse has for my K5 since I'm certain I can make it run. If I get that way, I have at least 2 long bed 2wd shafts I can bring 1 that the rear joint will fit yours rear axle. Then all you have to due is cut it down and put a 32 spline yoke on it, or if you just want it for a spare, take the yoke off of yours and put on it.

Yeah my slip yolk is trashed but thats cool. I am pretty sure I can pick one up for next to nothing.

And to have a spare is always a plus. If you make your way down south let me know.

I'll let you know for sure. Spare drive shafts and axle shafts are always a good idea to have spares of for a 4x4 especially if you're doing any kind of wheeling. I have a spare front shaft but I'm keeping that guy. It'll fit both my K10/20 and the K5 as well 2 spare sets of front axle shafts. Being 10 bolt fronts I'll be keeping the complete spare axles for the shafts and carriers.

Yeah I have heard that a time or 2 about band aides for the 10 bolt.

I have been looking for what ever I can get my hands on for the dark days. Only times I come across anything I am sitting on boat and they are gone by the time I get home.

Ahhh the life of an oil field hand.
