Did the 2wd trucks get a removable tunnel, or was that only the 4x4s and manual trans trucks?

It was just 4x4 trucks and 2wd manual trucks.

Dang what exactly is the cutting for, are going to put in AOD or something? just curious :burnout:

For this:

I still have to trim it some more to mate up nicely with the bolt in hump I have. This was just a rough cut to get the trans installed so I could measure for a driveshaft.

x2. I'm about to cut the perfectly rust free floor out of my 88' and modify a 78' bolt in hump to work, for my NV4500 swap. My life would be much easier if I could just bolt it in...le sigh.
where did you pick up ur nv4500 ive been looking to swap out my sm465 for one for a while

where did you pick up ur nv4500 ive been looking to swap out my sm465 for one for a while

A local parts place offers remans, so I picked it up. They pop up on craigslist now and then, but tend to be pricey. Your best bet is honestly to pull one yourself if you can. Bring a friend though, they aren't light!
